How to Meditate

Namaste/Hello/Hi  Human Being


The Simple rule of Meditation is that its not concentration,its de-concentration LET GO !!!

While meditating ,there should be no identification at that moment of WHO U ARE, WHAT U ARE and
WHAT U WANT !!!
Time to Meditate - Not between 12.00 pm and 3.00 am ,anytime before and after this is good.


Thoughts will arise ,let it arise ! feelings will be present, just let it be !

Procedure before meditation.

In case u know yoga asanas ,you can do it ,or whatever strecthing exercise,which your body can perform u do it ,do not do your yoga postures or exercise that is painful, it should be light comfortable
and importantly be aware of your postures and sensation while exercising.

Procedure for meditation.

U can sit in a chair or sit cross legged on the floor ,with a mat of your choice
be comfortable - close your eyes !  KEEP YOUR SPINE STRAIGHT NOT ERECT !!

"BE A WITNESS TO YOUR INCOMING BREATH AND OUTCOMING BREATH."

WHILE KEEPING YOUR EYES CLOSED INITIALLY " ACCEPT" ALL SOUNDS THAT ARE THERE IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT WHERE U R DOING THE MEDITATION ,ACCEPT ALL THOUGHTS THAT ARE ARISING IN YOUR MIND AND BE AWARE OF THEM AND THEN COME TO THE BREATH.

CLOSE YOUR EYES WILL DOING THIS.
There are 24 hours ,u can do meditation according to your age, 15-15 minutes, 25-25minutes and so on.

OBSERVER THE SENSATIONS ALL OVER YOUR BODY STARTING FROM THE FOOT TO THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD (if any) and then COME TO THE BREATH TO WITNESS IT.

This is the simplest meditation u can do .
